What's inside

  • One US Letter page, undated and reusable
  • Six routine blocks: morning, school, sport, chores, family, wind-down
  • A SMART goal box so the week's goal stays visible
  • A motivational quote footer

How to use it

  1. 1. Print a week's worth on Sunday and clip them to the fridge.
  2. 2. Let your child tick the boxes themselves — the ticking is the point.
  3. 3. Fill in one SMART goal together each week, not five.
  4. 4. Review Friday night: what got ticked, what didn't, what changes.

Common questions

What age is the daily checklist for?
It works from about age 5 through early teens. Younger kids need a grown-up to read the blocks out; older kids run it themselves.
Is it dated?
No — it's undated on purpose, so you can print it any week of any year.
What are SMART goals for kids?
Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound. For a kid that means "read 10 pages before bed each night this week," not "read more."
