Today's theme
Pick the trait you're working on. Its quote goes on today's checklist — on screen and at the top of the PDF.
“The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don't have any.”
Today's SMART goal
One goal. Make it Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time-bound. Not "practice piano" — "play the B section slowly five times before dinner."

Before bedHow to use it (for parents)
- Run it, don't recite it. The checklist belongs to the kid. Your job is to ask "checklist done?", not to read the items aloud.
- Cut it down. A checklist nobody finishes gets abandoned. For under-eights, use two blocks.
- One SMART goal a day. Weekly goals are for adults with calendars. Kids need today.
- Review, don't grade. At bedtime ask what got ticked and what didn't — with curiosity, not consequences.
